Caspers Wilderness Park is among Orange County's premier undeveloped parkland. The park's many fertile valleys are overtly complemented by specimen groves of native Coastal Live Oak and magnificent stands of California Sycamore. In the late winter and early Spring, the park is at its best, with lush green meadows carpeted with wildflowers and the usually dry creeks become running streams. Wildlife is abundant and sometimes can be viewed from the parks numerous trails. We'll be heading out for about a 2 mile hike then go check out the cool nature center. Be sure to bring water and a light snack for the kiddos.
