Overview

Miner's Ravine trail. Meet at 7:30am, light stretching and leave at 7:45am sharp. We'll head North-East (to the right) on the trail taking the path towards Sierra College Blvd. This is an "out and back" run. There are mileage markers on the trail for those without GPS.

This is an easy course; out and back with a few options for variations in the route.

Purpose: Long Efficient Distance and volume building run.

Pace: All runners are welcome!

I'll be the one with the jogging stroller and dog.
