Decent climbs and a couple of trail options. A bit boring for 20+ miles, but the lake is refreshing in the summer.

Couldn't find the mountain bike trail. Paved trail was nice, though not what I was looking to ride

Well maintained trail system within Hickory Glen Park. Lots of dirt trails into the woods as well as a main paved trail through the park. Paved trail rates as easy and dirt trails as moderate difficulty. Bridges, hills, twisting trails, skinnies. 5-7 miles of trail fun.

Leisurely paved biking/walking trail. Lots of people. Especially crowded on weekends with nice weather. The loop is about 8.5 miles and well marked. Fantastic scenery.

Good paved running route. Nice views of the lake. Mostly flat, one big hill in either direction. In the winter it is about half cleared.

Great paved two lane trail around a lake in and out of woods. Will return often.

Beautiful setting, well maintained, paved bike path. Take a swim while you are there.
