Scenic Waterfall, short easy hike for all ages

Lovely small waterfall just 1/2 mile from the Kancamagus highway. A nice spot to stop for an easy refreshing hike. This hike can be make by people of all ages. There are benchs along the trail for people to rest. The trail has a mini loop around and above the falls with wooden rails.

It is technically open in the summer / fall because it would be easy to slide into the river when it is icy or snowy. Use extreme caution if you visit it in the early spring or winter.

Watch for signs on Route 112 (Kancamagus highway) between Lincoln NH and Conway NH. The trailhead is well marked "Sabbaday Falls".

There is a $3.00 fee to park here and no place to make change.

Trailhead is 15 miles west of the Saco Ranger Station on route 112 in Conway.

Saco Ranger, 33 Kancamagus Highway, Conway, NH 03818, 603-447-5448

Great hike back to the falls. Short and fairly easy with incline via nicely constructed stairs to different levels of the falls.

Nice and easy walk to a very beautiful semi- waterfall. A hidden gem on the Kanc. Stopped on a whim back from Conway on a cool rainy fall day, well worth it. Dog enjoyed the short hike and the cool mountain water. Have since done this trail several times. Great spot to stop if you have 20 mins to stretch your legs.
