Dogwood Trail is actually Widows Creek trail. It is 1.2 miles in and the same back out. There is a small water fall towards the end of the trail but otherwise it is just a nature hike. The trail is mainly use to get to Backpacking camp sites. The trail is good if you are looking for a quick workout due to the elevation gains in a short distance. I would not do this trail again.
