Just recently returned from a 5 day camping trip to Locust Lake State Park. Ventured onto the white trail which meanders along the creek bed and then makes its way up the side of the mountain and back down again to meet up with the yellow and blue trails. Beautiful scenery and well maintained routes, although the trail narrows out as it makes its way up the side of the mountain where it is less traveled. Moderate level of difficulty, but easy to maneuver. Well marked trail with trees color coded along the way. Definitely recommend.

Hiked the white trail at Locust Lake State Park. Nice hike moderate to hard trail. You climb about 600 ft of elevation using switchbacks. A lot of rocks and roots to navigate over. A fun trail. Trail is well marked with spray paint on trees.
