This loop was closer to 10 miles than 7 but a great way to spend the morning!

Great trail to run on. Hills aren't crazy long so it's definitely a favorite.

Quick, easy, and full of squirrels for the dogs to stare at! The pond at the end was beautiful

It was a great afternoon outing with the dogs - heavy biking traffic so keep your pups close! There is a semi-hidden bench at one point off the side of the trail where you can sit hidden from view and feel like the only person at the entire lake!

Decent walk. Lots of cyclists. This trail does involve walking on the side of the road, which was a little treacherous with our dog. Nothing special, but a good trail if you're looking for a long walk and some good cardio.
