Trail reviews for Terra Nova National Park
We started at the Terra Nova National Park Visitor Centre and walked out to the Pissamare Falls and back.
A super easy flat pathway along coast and into forested area in Terra Nova National Park. Information placards along the way were interesting and described the fishing, logging and sealing industries.
This was an amazing hike, circling around the pond and then climbing to a spectacular lookout. A bit buggy - horseflies! I highly recommend as a must see if visiting Terra Nova.
Hiked on a sunny day in mid August. Easy to find the trailhead from the visitor's center parking lot. Easy out/back trail... not much elevation, following the coast with some segments on the beach. The turnaround is a little waterfall (almost no flow late in the summer) and then straight back. Made for a nice AM trail while in Terra Nova.
