Best trails in Hoàng Liên National Park
Hoàng Liên National Park features lush forests, beautiful waterfalls, and large amounts of biodiversity. This park is known to be home to one of the tallest peaks in Vietnam, check out Mount Fanispan! Mount Fanispan, also called the "roof of Indochina," is over 10,000 feet tall and contains a metal pyramid at the top which symbolize the summit peak. The hike to Fanispan is extremely challenging and will take a few days; there are some hikers who had done it in one day and others who take around 2-3 to do so. It all depends on your experience and stamina. Note that there is a village and some campsites when trekking up the peak for overnight accommodations. Visitors who don't want to hike to the peak can instead take the cable car ride up for a fee.
