The Sphinx Track fire trail and Bobbing Head Trail have some steep descent and moderate to hard return uphill for mountain biking (an ebike makes the ascent a bit easier). The surface is dry, many sections with rocky gravel, which can be slippery. You can get some good air with the rollers that can be fun.
